Dr. Jimmie L. Daniels is a dynamic pastor, family man, businessman and committed leader with a vision.
As owner of Total Facility Maintenance, Inc. for over thirty-five years, a successful minority/family owned janitorial, painting, day labor and construction firm in Wood Dale, IL., Rev. Daniels pledges to create jobs for minorities thus enabling them to become productive and economically independent citizens. His firm employs over 800 full and part-time workers.
Rev. Dr. Jimmie L. Daniels continues to be the driving force behind Total Facility Maintenance. His many business contacts and stellar reputation as a fair and honest businessman has allowed him to continue servicing high profile clients over the years.
The client base includes prestigious companies such as Chicago Public Schools, Prudential, Local Banks and Village Halls just to name a few.

Dolores Daniels

CFO

Dolores Daniels has worked with Total Facility Maintenance, Inc. for over 25 years. She oversees the administration and financial responsibilities of the corporation and is personally involved in the customer relations of some of TFM’s largest accounts. As company ‘Ombudsman’, her management background allows her to interact with the clients and employees to assure operations and projects run smoothly. Her responsibility also includes litigation and overseeing labor issues as it relates to finance.

Kenneth Daniels

Kenneth Daniels has over 25 years of experience managing the operational staff consisting of Project Managers and Support. He also has prior subcontracting janitorial experience of 10 years. His combination of backgrounds offer two different perspectives to the client. He has attended various seminars and classes in Managerial and Supervisory skills, leadership, personal development and customer service which he shares with his staff.
Ken’s ability to resolve high level situations when they arise, as well as response time to problems reported as an emergency is excellent. His efforts toward being the liaison between management, clients and local officials keeps all lines of communication open.
Being responsible for all management staff and Operations, he troubleshoots all major accounts using a level head to resolve any issues that arise. His excellent rapport with the clients assures them the quick resolution of any issue at their facility.
